Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Sorry, we do not issue refunds once the order is shipped. However, if you contact us after max. 24 hours after placing the order, we can cancel it and refund your money.
My product arrived damaged. What now?
If our products have any kinds of defects, contact us immediately (within 1 week of receiving) and we will get in touch with you and refund your money or reship the item for you.
My socks don't fit. Can I exchange them?
All of our socks have different measurements, so it is very important that you pay close attention to the product description and our sizing page. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a free exchange. You will have to pay the shipping fees to ship the item back to us. However, contact us if you want to return your items and we can refund your money when they get to us. You have 30 days after receiving the products to return them.
